Like Ronspies painterly approach to his divine dishes, the interior for Art of the Table was meant to show the art of the materials while showcasing the making of well-crafted dishes. Simple materials of plywood, steel, and concrete, the interior shows the deft hand of the crafts people who created it. Both somehow humble and rich, it reflects the unpretentious delicious, beautifully presented, thoughtful and well-framed locally sourced dishes Ronspies and his team create.
